In this episode, Beverly Taylor dives into the story behind the controversy surrounding a social media post by Milwaukee Lutheran High School. She chats with Milwaukee Lutheran Alumni Carl Greer, Karon Sims, and Monte Berry who describe racism they say they endured at the school. Not only do these alumni share similar stories, but they come together to make the community aware of what they call a misleading post from Milwaukee Lutheran.

Obtaining the spotlight for their accusations, the men received a lot of positive and negative feedback as well as an opportunity to seek change within the school walls. Carl Greer tells us, “You can get in front of the situation and really start to make change within organizations because change is coming whether you like it or not. Be a leader and stand up and start to make a difference.”
