This technique has been used to influence elections and has been employed by both Democrats and Republicans but used more by Republicans. Beverly talks with Doug Poland, Litigation Director of Forward Law, a non-profit, non-partisan law firm about how gerrymandering affects the way we vote and what can be done about it as politicians continue their abuse of power by manipulating district lines behind closed doors without public oversight or consent.
