In a world often marked by division and pain, this pledge calls us to choose compassion over conflict, justice over judgment, and self-care as the foundation for collective healing. By taking the I Dare You to Heal pledge, you join a growing community of individuals, leaders, and organizations committed to seeing the humanity in every person, meeting conflict with courage, and standing for love, unity, and justice for all. This is more than a signature, it’s a declaration that with love as our compass and healing as our work, we will build a world where no one stands outside the circle.

I dare to look into the faces of those I do not know, different in race, faith, language, or story, and recognize the same human light that lives within us all. I am interconnected, a thread in the same sacred existence.
I dare to tend the wound.
When harm is done, I will stand firm for what is right without stripping away another’s dignity. I will meet opposition with compassion, seeking not to destroy, but to transform turning conflict into understanding, enemies into collaborators in the work of healing.
For healing and joy are essential elements of liberty and justice for all.
I will love myself as a being created in the image and likeliness of God.
I honor my own limits and tend my own wounds, knowing that self-care is not selfish but the wellspring from which all other love flows. I will normalize therapy, reflection, and rest, and worship celebrating every step I take toward wholeness. In loving myself, I become a stronger vessel for loving my neighbors.

We recognize the immense influence athletics has on youth, families, and communities and we commit to using that influence to build a culture of dignity, unity, and holistic well-being.
- We will create environments where every athlete feels safe, valued, and supported physically, emotionally, and mentally.
- We will uphold standards that prioritize humanity over performance, character over winning, and respect over rivalry.
- We will implement policies and practices that prevent harm, bullying, discrimination, and abuse in all forms.
